Amatista is a sixteen storey apartment block, built in 2004, located just 30 metres from the 'El Arenal' beach in Calpe, close to the lovely promenade. The block is not front-line but it towers over the single, older, small block of apartments in front enabling all the apartments have sea views. It is very close to the centre of Calpe, just 500 metres from The Penon rock and 300 metres from the port, with its fish market and plenty of restaurants serving fresh fish.

24 hrs. Reception, laundry service, safe-box (optional), terrace with lateral sea view, outdoor swimming-pools for adults and children, laundry service, parking and garage (with charge).
Room Facilities
The living room is equipped with a sofabed, armchair, dining suite, satellite television (very limited channels) and patio door to the large balcony with lateral sea views. The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge, gas hob, electric oven. There is full air-conditioning in all rooms and the same system enables warm-air heating for the winter. There is a double bedroom and a twin, or two doubles, (we will try to comply to specific requests). There is a full bathroom, and the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
Cleaning 1x week, sheet and towel change = 1x every 4 days.
