Yes absolutely.  We continue to trade as usual. 

I’ve already booked my hotel.  Is it safe?

Thomas Cook are a major shareholder of Hotels4u and Thomas Cook is a robust business. We’re confident that we will continue to provide holidays for many years in the future.  It’s business as usual. Accommodation only bookings are not covered under the ATOL or ABTA scheme but customers who have booked with Hotels4u, and who have paid by credit card or Visa debit card will have protection in place, and should also be covered under their travel insurance policy.

Can I cancel my hotel booking? 

There is no need to worry, your booking is safe.  If you do wish to cancel your booking, normal cancellation policies would apply as it is business as usual.

Is Thomas Cook Group in financial difficulties?

No.  It’s business as usual.  As a UK plc we have to announce certain plans and discussions to the stock exchange as a matter of course.
