Bourgas Hotels

The city of Bourgas is the second largest city at the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It is also the fourth largest city in the country, following Sofia, Plovdiv and connecting Varna. The city has many hotels of different categories, private lodgings, and also two big camping sites in its vicinity. Bourgas has a relaxed atmosphere with good shopping and an abundance of restaurants and outdoor cafes. Most of the high-class restaurants have live music, while some offer show programmes, too. Food in the city is generally cheap, especially if one goes shopping in the suburbs or at marketplaces. The Sea Park is situated on a high shore, all of it cut by flowerbeds, trees and sculptures. Within the park there is the casino, a small zoo and the open-air theatre. What attracts people to Bourgas is undoubtedly the sea. The city is a starting point for visiting the seaside resorts in the area such as Sunny Beach resort and the Elenite holiday village to the north and the Duni holiday village, renowned for its unique architectural structure, to the south. The Bourgas Airport operates regular flights to Sofia every day.
