The La Florida Apartments are centrally located, close to the harbour with its fish restaurants and the old town of Puerto del Carmen, but less than 400 metres from the main beach. The centre of this lively resort is 5 minutes away with all the main shops, bars, discos and many restaurants offering a choice of local and international menus. There are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. A sun terrace with free sunbeds and parasols is situated next to the pool area. There is also a pool bar serving snacks. Within the hotel is a bar with TV, and a supermarket.
The complex consists of 73 apartments situated over 4 floors (no lift). Each apartment consists of a separate bedroom, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and TV. Each apartment is equipped with a 2-ring hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
