The big, wide beach of fine white sand slopes gently into shallow waters close to shore - good for fun and games with the children - then shelves suddenly, causing perfect breakers for surf jumping. Further out, the protected Bay is suitable for learning to windsurf. The cool, terraced Water Garden at one end of the beach has shops and restaurants.
