Platja d’Aro is a modern resort in the very heart of the Costa Brava, 25 miles south east of Gerona airport. A main beach of soft golden sand that stretches on for 2 km and 6 other beaches are on hand from a cluster of tiny coves like Cala del Cangers and Cala del Pi, where pines run all the way down to the sea, to the quiet beauty of Sa Conca.
