Vilnius is the capital of Lithuania, and also its largest city - eminently cosmopolitan but with a traditional and historic beauty, it draws travellers from all over the world. Vilnius Cathedral is the obvious choice, built in the Gothic style and with a special ‘Stebuklas’ (miracle) tile set into it, which is said to grant wishes.
