Families, couples and singles are well set for a cracking holiday when they visit Puerto Rico on Gran Canaria. Reputedly the sunniest spot on the island, it has enough bars, restaurants and clubs to keep anyone busy for a couple of weeks. Whilst the beach is a perfect base for catching some rays, taking a cool dip or checking out the yachts in the harbour whilst sipping a refreshing drink. It is always worth having a go at a new water sport while you are there and there are also some great boat trips that can be easily found in the harbour.
