Room Facilities

There are 73 tastefully appointed, modern, deluxe two storey suites which all have a spacious open plan living room with large, flat screen TV and a dining area with table (seating 6) on the ground floor. There is a guest WC on the ground floor along with terrace/patio area ideal for sun bathing and al fresco dining. The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with granite worktops, electric oven and hob, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, microwave and integrated fridge freezer and iron with ironing board. Upstairs offers 2 en-suite bedrooms with the master bedroom having a vaulted ceiling, walk-in dressing area with his/hers wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with bidet, separate shower, and bath, under-floor heating, and a balcony offering open views to the sea or the Monchique Hills. A second en-suite bedroom with ‘Juliette’ balcony also has under-floor heating.

The 11 3-bedroom private villas are each located in their own superb surroundings with a spacious split-level dining room and lounge boasting open views to the terraces and private swimming pool. The kitchen has all the amenities of the two bedroom apartments with the addition of a separate utility and laundry room; equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, storage cupboards and access to private sheltered parking. The bedrooms are appointed in the same way as the 2 bedroom apartments with two en-suite rooms downstairs and the master bedroom on the second floor with a private balcony and roof terrace that descends down to the private heated pool.
