The superb Half and Full Board Plus concept includes a choice of 5 restaurants; Roxanne's Restaurant serves show cooking and buffet style theme nights; Garibaldi serves á la carte Italian cuisine (adults-only); New Japanese Restaurant & terrace serves á la carte Asian cuisine (adults-only); Limanaki Beach Restaurant serves á la carte international cuisine during lunch and buffet during dinner (weather permitted); Pella Pool Restaurant serves snacks (lunch & dinner); Drinks with meals include a bottle of mineral water and a choice of a glass of local premium wine or beer or soft drink or juice; Breakfast & lunch served in the Café Royale Restaurant in buffet and show cooking style.
All restauarants offer vegetarian or children's menus. A full entertainment programme is offered throughout the summer season including music and dance lessons, live shows and live music.

The Alexander The Great Beach hotel features 202 well appointed and superbly decorated guest rooms (most enjoy a sea view), all are equipped to maximise comfort with full private bathroom, hairdryer, climate controlled air conditioning/heating, telephone, radio, satellite television, (pay per view), mini bar, in room safe (local charge). Extra bedding, cots, iron/ironing board, tea/coffee facilities available on request. All rooms enjoy a private furnished terrace or balcony and maid service.
