Food, drink and entertainment: the hotel features 2 restaurants with one only serving lunch on the beach level and second one is situated on the 4th floor, Restaurante Don Enrique, which serves an elegant dinner, both menu and a la carte, serving breakfast and dinner. The Snack Bar El Mirador, on Reception level, open all day offering breakfast and snacks throughout the day, Television lounge, lounge bar and piano bar live music 4 times a week.

Games and activities: beach, climate controlled (during winter season) outdoor swimming pool, spacious sun terrace with ample loungers and parasols, sauna (at a supplement), massage (at a supplement), solarium, table tennis, television lounge, card room and library. Close by to the hotel are various activities and amenities available for local hire/rental including; tennis courts, sporting facility, golf courses (maximum 25mins away and bookable through reception desk with discount), trekking route, horse riding (full or half day excursions available) and diving centre.

The Balcon de Europa features 111 exquisitely decorated rooms offering superior comfort to guests, 79 of which offer sea views and balcony. Standard rooms enjoy a view over the indoor patio or the town. All rooms come full equipped with full bathroom, telephone, air conditioning, satellite television, mini-bar/fridge, in room safe box, hair dryer and central heating.
