Food, drinks and entertainment: 'El Mercado' serves tasty International cuisine buffet style for breakfast lunch and dinner; 'Frida' restaurant serves excellent Mexican and International cuisine; Lunch is an International buffet and dinner is Mexican a la carte menu, they specialise in outdoor brick oven pizza served and an outdoor buffet with grilled meats, chicken and fish; 'Miyako' restaurant serves International buffet breakfast and specialises in Oriental cuisine with Teppanyaki tables (require reservation), serving an a la carte menu; 'Leonardo' restaurant serves an International breakfast buffet and an Italian a la carte menu for dinner; 'The Steak' restaurant located on the 3rd floor Jacuzzi area offers an a la carte menu of fine meats and Seafood for dinner and also serves snacks throughout the day and offers a bar service. The 'Lobby Bar' offers a casual atmosphere with live music from each night. 'Pool Bar Contoy' and 'Pool Bar Cozumel' are both swim up bars open daily serving snacks and drinks. The 'Beach Bar' also serves snacks and drinks. Evening entertainment includes themed parties, contests, live singers and performances.

Sports, games and activities: Large outdoor swimming pool overlooking the ocean (with kids section), 3 outdoor Jacuzzi's, water volleyball, water basketball, spa facilities including a full range of treatments, infinity terrace, solarium with sun loungers & parasols, fully equipped fitness centre, sauna/steam room, 2 flood lit tennis courts, ping pong table and table games. There are four renowned golf courses in Cancun, Riviera Maya and Puerto Vallarta from which to choose and the hotel can make all your golfing arrangements for you.

For the kids: Outdoor kid's pool, play area and a kids club for 4-17 years old. The animation team offer excellent activities for children of all ages.

All the guest rooms are fully equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, flat LCD TV with satellite, mini bar with soft drinks, bottled water and domestic beer restocked every other day and a liquor dispenser containing whiskey, tequila, rum and vodka, a turndown service, separate toilet with shower, double Jacuzzi, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, Farouk bath amenities, coffee machine, in-room safe, direct dial telephone, alarm clock, iron and ironing board, and a balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean (in most rooms). Whilst the guest rooms are non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside on the balcony of the room.
