Dining: The Castle is booked on a Bed and Breakfast basis. The hotel is an ideal venue for business luncheons, evening meals and special events. The restaurant offers a pre-theatre menu, a la carte service, snack menu and children's menu. Groups of 25 or more can arrange Dinner, Bed and Breakfast terms. The brand new Castle Vaults combines all the amenities of a modern bar with the ambiance of old world charm. The residents bar offers Food to Share along with a good selection of drinks. The Irish Music Band play on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night during summer months and Friday and Saturday rest of the year.
