Playa Grande Hotel is located in the old Historic Centre of Ciutadella, the old Capital of Menorca, by Cala Degollador beach, (Sa Platja Gran) and Cala´n Bosch road, very near to the town centre. The horn shaped harbour is long and narrow, and has several popular places to eat and drink. The distance from the resort to the airport is 45 kilometres, transfer time approximately 50 minutes. The beach is just 20 metres, the port 1 kilometre and the local bus stop 500 metres. There is a varied bus service that operates from the town going to all the beaches in the area including the popular Cala Santandria.
