Food, drink and entertainment: All inclusive program with a main restaurant (international buffet), five air conditioned no smoking a la carte specialty restaurants (Mediterranean, Gourmet, Fish, Italian and Japanese), two snack bars, and six bars (lobby bar, entertainment bar, piano bar, 2 wet bars, poolside bar). The hotel has an amphitheatre for guest entertainment and shows.
All Inclusive means a comfortable room, delicious food at the buffet with 3 dinners in a la carte restaurants per week and stay with prior booking, plus drinks, including local liquors and soft drinks. Not to mention activities galore, nightly entertainment, and all Gran Bahía Príncipe Tulum and Akumal services (except gourmet restaurants and main buffets), free entrance to discotheque in “Hacienda Dona Isabel” with local drinks included (except Premium drinks), and local drinks in Plaza Mayor Bar and Sport Bar in Hacienda Dona Isabel.
Sports, games and activities: Two lagoon-shaped swimming pools equipped with deck chairs and beach umbrellas (1 of them a relaxation pool), Spa with beauty treatments and massage (all with surcharge), Gym, large sunbathing terrace with beach umbrellas, teak deck chairs and gardens, Mini-club for children (4-12 years), five tennis courts and multipurpose court, aquatic activities centre, 1 hour free of windsurfing, tennis (floodlit upon request), snorkeling, sailing catamarans, kayaking, cycling, soccer, basketball, volleyball, boogie boarding, Scuba diving classes in swimming pool (1 hour per guest / per stay).
Additional: 24-hour front desk, travel and car rental agency, shopping area, money exchange, photo shop, Internet access, safe, laundry, medical service. Some amenities and facilities at extra charge. The resort has two events halls, business services, wedding services, Caribbean-style shops, 24-hour baby-sitting service (upon prior request for children up to 12 years) includes 1 hour free if customer books a total of 5 hours per day.
