The Imbat's open buffet breakfast consists of a wide assortment of food from Turkish and world cuisine is served at the indoor/outdoor terrace overlooking the sea. There is an a la carte menu in the restaurant for lunch and an open Buffet dinner. There is also an a la carte Italian restaurant (reservations required), a snack bar, lobby bar, Santi bar, terrace bar, and a disco with modern popular music from 11pm to 1 am.
