Hotel Facilities

The Villas Margaritas offer exclusive luxury facilities - ideal for a private, relaxing family holiday in a great climate for outdoor living. The guests of the villas are given a “badge” after the visit of Aurytur´s representative, which will allow access to the premises of the Suite-Hotel Atlantis Fuerteventura Resort, located only 300 metres away and the five star Hotel Bahía Real, located around 1 km.

Food, drinks and entertainment: The Villas are self-catering with a private barbecue and great outdoor furniture for dining al fresco.

Sports, games and activities: Each villa has a private fresh-water swimming pool, heated in winter. For relaxing there is a solarium around the swimming pool and on the top of the villa. Outside is a barbecue, deckchairs and sunshade parasols, and a garden.

Additional: Laundry service, cleaning and change of towels is provided every 4 days, bed linen is changed weekly. All villas have secure private parking. Pool heating is OPTIONAL SERVICE WITH A CHARGE IN THE MOMENT OF MAKING THE BOOKING.

Room Facilities

The Villa complex has 50 two-bedroom terraced duplex villas. Each Villa can accommodate up to 4 people. The bedrooms are furnished with twin beds, whilst the main bedroom has a double bed.

The Villas have a furnished terrace, 2 fully fitted bathrooms, living room, dining room and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with four-ring ceramic hob, electric coffee maker & kettle, oven, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. Villas also include 25" satellite TV, DVD, mini shelf audio system, iron and ironing board and a safe.
