The Lemas Suite Hotel features a total of 60 apartment suites (52 with 2-4 person rooms, 4 with 4-6 person rooms and 4 studio-type apartments) and 20 rooms in the annex. All suites have a kitchen, bathroom (hair dryer, shower, WC), split air conditioning, refrigerator (empty), telephone, mini bar, kettle safety-deposit box (hire) and Satellite TV.
