Food, drink and entertainment: 24 Hour All Inclusive accommodation. The hotel has several dining choices including the all day La Hacienda buffet restaurant with live cooking and themed dinners, El Charro a la carte Mexican restaurant by the pool with snacks available throughout the night, La Dolce Vita a la carte Italian restaurant and Margarita Lounge, Yookoso a la carte Oriental restaurant with Teppanyaki, Mike´s Coffee with tea and coffee specialities, homemade sandwiches and cakes, a lobby bar, and pool bar. There is also a disco and theatre shows every evening.
Sports, games and activities: Two adult pools and one children's pool, chill our terrace by the sea, Dive It! Scuba centre, Despacio Spa Centre with a wide range of beauty treatments and massages, Jacuzzi, Sauna, hairdresser and beauty parlour.
For the Kids: Daisy Miniclub for children aged 4 to 12 including daytime and night-time activities, music, shows, board games, water games and children´s playground.
Additional: 24-hour front desk, air conditioned public areas, currency exchange, complimentary parking, free Wi-Fi in the lobby, free transportation to Playa del Carmen (once a day – booking required), car rental, mini market and boutique, private parking, laundry, 3 convention rooms that can be converted into the Gran Maya with a capacity for 400 people. Privilege guests will be identified with special bracelets. Luggage to be identified with special tags and delivered to the guests privilege Jr Suite. Privilege Dining includes reservations with priority seating in all 'a la carte' restaurants, 7 am to 11 pm free a la carte room service, Privilege Breakfast in bed is served as part of the room service with a Daily Privilege 'Cook to order' Breakfast, served a la carte in Ocean Front Restaurant La Dolce Vita Restaurant (breakfast exclusively available for Privilege Guests), one special organized dinner per stay (suggested with Concierge), Privilege Concierge means a personalized Privilege concierge from the moment of the arrival until the clients' departure. The Concierge will make sure everything is as expected during the clients stay as well as taking care of reservations. Privilege Beach private beach section with upgraded chaise lounges, private waiter service and a Personal Drink Oasis. All clients staying in Honeymoon Rooms and Romance Suites will have access to all Privilege services at no extra cost.
