All A la Carte Restaurants serve private reserve organic wines from our own wine yards (Chardonnay, Narince (Anatolian white), Merlot,Cabernet Sauvignon, and Shiraz). A rich variety of organic produce from our own farm will be served in buffet and A la Carte Restaurants with special labels.  The new Beach Concept will provide Continious food and Beverage service such as waffle with ice cream, ice cream, popsicle, popcorn, boiled corn, toffee apple, cotton candy, fresh fruit service, lemonade, sorbet, cocktails, cold beer and soft drinks, fruit punch and fruit cocktails all served direct to your sun bed. Refreshing frozen towels and mini ice bags will be available on very hot days. Guest accommodation has a tasteful decor, and is designed to maximise your living space, with contemporary furnishings and drapes and fabrics, and provide a good standard of amenities for your well-being; features include a furnished balcony or terrace with an ocean, garden or mountain view, air-conditioning/heating, ensuite bathroom with bathtub or shower & hairdryer, satellite cable TV, telephone, mini fridge, safe box, and tea/coffee facilities. Suites and Villas enjoy extra living space, enhanced facilities and amenities with special packages available in some cases; villas also have a kitchen. There are 6 adapted rooms available to disabled guests on request.
