The 48 self catering apartments are all 2 bedrooms and feature a separate kitchen with vitro ceramic hobs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Television and sofa bed in the living room, large balcony with sea views, bedroom with bed & pull out bed, large double room and air conditioning & heating throughout. No telephones in the Apartments.
Oasis Beach - Guests must first check in at the Altea Beach Apartments(Puerto Deportivo Luis Campomanes, Altea, Alicante) Telephone 0034608419299 open Everyday 0900-1300 & 1700-2000, outside these times instructions will be placed in the entrance hall. Apartments are approx 3km from Altea Beach and bars & restaurants, so a car is a necessity. The apartments are situated up a hill so not recommended for passengers with walking difficulty.
The 24 self catering apartments are either 1 or 2 bedrooms and feature a separate kitchen with vitro ceramic hobs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Television and sofa bed in the living room, large balcony with sea views, bedroom with bed & pull out bed, large double room with ensuite and air conditioning & heating throughout. No telephones in the Apartments.
Please note 1 Bedroom Apartments are located in Oasis Building 600m from the beach and port. 2 Bedroom Apartments are located in both the Oasis Building (600m from the beach and port) and the Trinquete Building (100m from the beach and port). The allocation of the apartments and in which buildings are the responsibility of the Manager and requests cannot be guaranteed.
Cleaning, linen and towel change every 4 days.
There is a 'Breakages deposit subject to Managers Discretion' of €200 per apartment to pay on arrival (by bank card or cash) which is refundable upon departure.
