Food, drinks and entertainment: The resort taverna type restaurant “La Hacienda” offers an excellent buffet and also “a la carte” menu for dinner. Mai Tai poolside cafe/bars also offers a full snack menu, drinks, ice creams and a take away service throughout the day. Entertainment abounds a short stroll across the promenade in Costa Teguise's centre.

Sports, games and activities; The resort features a private lagoon which is fed from the sea with 13 swimming pools, 6 of which are for toddles. The main swimming pool is heated and with a waterfall, spacious sun terraces with ample loungers and parasols. A well equipped and maintained health club, massage therapy, physiotherapist, games room, water sports, diving centre, tennis court.

For the kids; Children's outdoor swimming pools, playground, supervised kids club, kids entertainment.

Room Facilities

The Sands Beach Resort features well appointed superbly decorated and spacious villas/apartments some of which are almost on the beach, offering fantastic family accommodation. Each villa/apartment comes with full private bathroom, telephone, satellite/cable, kettle, television, foreign channels, iron/ironing board, hairdryer. All villas/apartments enjoy a private furnished balcony or terrace, with either plaza or sea views.

The standard one bedroom apartments feature a kitchenette with 2 ring hotplate and small fridge. The superior one bedroom apartments are larger, with a full kitchen comprising a 4 ring hotplate, oven, dishwasher and large fridge.
