Dining: The Santa Chiara is booked on a Bed and Breakfast basis. There is a relaxing lounge by reception along with the bar and the breakfast room, both overlooking the Grand Canal. There are countless historical attractions nearby along with shops, restaurants, sidewalk cafes, bar and much more. This is Venice!

Additional: 24 hour reception to help with transferral services, guided visits and excursions in the city and on the islands, ticket bookings for concerts, events, performances, theatre, restaurant bookings, baby-sitting and laundry services, major credit cards accepted, small pets accepted by arrangement, Internet Point in the lounge of the hotel, check in from 2 pm, check out by noon, luggage storage, disabled access, 2 meeting rooms (with a maximum capacity for 25 people) available with additional services like coffee break, business breakfast, cocktail etc, private parking (on request and on availability) within the building of the hotel (Santa Chiara is the only hotel in Venice which offers this service!)

Room Facilities

The Santa Chiara Hotel features 40 double/twin rooms decorated in the traditional Venetian style with wall fabrics and fitted carpets, Venetian-style flooring, parquet, uncovered beams, and Murano glass chandeliers. All rooms have a private bathroom (shower and hairdryer) a mini-bar, Satellite TV, telephone with direct external line, a safe, air-conditioning with possibility of personal regulation, and soundproofing from the outside noise. There is a selection of views for the rooms. Some face the side canal of Rio Nuovo, the Gardens or Piazzale. Rooms can be located in the main building or in hotel annex. The rooms in the Annex have the view on the Courtyard.
