Hotel Facilities

Food, drink and entertainment: All Inclusive accommodation. Sunset Beach Resort & Waterpark has four restaurants and beach grill as well as six bars and lounges with things like Caribbean shows and beach parties for fun entertainment, and don't miss dancing at the Tamarind Lounge! The All Inclusive package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, snacks, afternoon tea, non-motorized watersports and non-alcoholic and local brand alcoholic beverages available from morning till evening. Don't forget: there's no need for wallets, as the all-inclusive rate covers all taxes and tips.

Sports, games and activities: Three fresh water swimming pools, giant Jacuzzi, 250-foot long waterslides in the Pirates Paradise Water Park which includes Blackbeard's Lazy River, a Caribbean Pirate ship and two hot tubs, sun beds and umbrellas, three beaches (one clothing-optional), range of non-motorized water sports including paddle boats, sunfish, kayaking and snorkelling, mini golf, shuffleboard, giant chess and checkers, beach volleyball and basketball, and Lime Away Spa for tempting seaside massages, hydrotherapy and European-style in-spa treatments (charged).

For the Kid's: Children's playground, hotel-run 'Club Mongoose' kids' club, 2-12 years, 'Pirates Cove' Teen Centre, daily activities programme with arts and crafts, beach Olympics, jewellery making and pyjama parties, cots available.

Additional: 24-hour reception and concierge service, currency exchange, tour desk, wedding facilities and planning, event catering, board room, Internet service (with charge), laundry/dry cleaning, medical assistance available. Rates Valid for UK Market only. Certain activities will incur a local charge and a dress code is applicable at certain eateries where men are required to wear long trousers.

Room Facilities

The Sunset Beach Resort & Waterpark features 430 newly renovated guestrooms decorated with modern furnishings and warm colours reflecting the Caribbean Sea with rich mahogany stained furniture. Guestrooms can accommodate up to 4 people and can be booked for single use. All rooms have full bathroom, hair dryer, telephone with voice mail, LCD flat screen Satellite television, in-room safe, iron, ironing board and private balcony or terrace. Renovated rooms are located in the Sunrise and Sunset Tower, offering lovely views of Montego Bay’s harbour, the mountains and Caribbean Sea. The family-friendly Waterpark rooms adjacent to the Waterpark attraction have also been newly renovated. The Waterpark rooms have been outfitted with kid-approved bunk beds.

Additionally, Sunset Beach Resort Spa & Waterpark introduces a new beachfront room category! The Cabana rooms are ideally located so that guests on the lower level can walk directly out of their rooms to the sparkling blue water. Cabana rooms can accommodate up to three guests and have all the amenities listed above. Please note: At least one person per any room must be 18 years or older.
