Hotel Facilities

Food, drink and entertainment: All Inclusive accommodation. The hotel restaurant offers an open buffet consisting of a wide assortment of food from Turkish and world cuisines. There are three a la carte restaurants specializing in Anatolian, Italian, and Fish dishes, a lobby piano bar, rooftop bar, snack bar, Tropic beach bar, pool bar, Disco bar, the Hubble Bubble Cafe with pipes provided at an extra cost serving Turkish coffee and Turkish tea, and the amphitheatre bar.

All Inclusive program means buffet breakfast, late continental breakfast, lunch, all day snacks in the snack bar, afternoon aperitifs by the beach, coffee and cookies near the lobby area, 5 o'clock tea with cakes and cookies near the pool, daily Traditional Anatolian pancakes served by the seaside, and late evening soups and snack at the main restaurant. Changes may occur du rot seasonal changes in the times and services without prior notification.

Sports, games and activities: Two open-air swimming pools, animation pool, private beach, Mini Club (4-10 year olds), sports areas (tennis, basketball, volleyball, ping pong, pool), TV room, pool hall, gymnastics salon, Turkish hamam, sauna, covered swimming pool with Jacuzzi, massage, hairdresser and beauty centre.

Additional: 24-hour reception, information desk, concierge service (suitcase, bag carrying service), currency exchange, 10 conference and meeting rooms, banquet facilities, state of the art conference facilities, nursery, Doctor's room, gift shop, car rental, dry cleaning and laundry.

Room Facilities

The Surmeli Efes Hotel features 436 rooms, including standard and family rooms. Each room is set as along the shores of one of the blue bays of the Aegean, enabling guests to take in oxygen-rich air and experience blissful comfort. Each of the guest rooms features an en suite bathroom, air-conditioning, telephone, mini bar, hairdryer, radio, safe deposit box, and Satellite TV. Family Rooms have separate bed room and living room for families, also with balcony and sea view or pool view. (Family rooms are located in the Surmeli Efes annex).

Please note: Mini Bars will be filled according to the menu in your room. Should you wish to have other non-alcoholic or alcoholic drinks placed in your mini bar at extra cost, please notify the Reception in accordance with the Mini Bar Menu and Price List in your room. In accordance with the health and safety policy of the hotel, you are advised not to drink tap water.
