Food, drink and entertainment: Bed and breakfast accommodation with options for half board and full board. The Pendeli Hotel has quite a few dining options including the Nightingales Café at the lobby for snacks and sports events on the TV, the Laurels Dining Room and Veranda for all day dining indoors and outdoors with a set menu and a la carte specialities, the Robin's Nest bar (with fireplace for the winter months), pool bar during July and August, and the Cedar Rooms for special events.

Sports, games and activities: Heated open-air swimming pool (open from May until November), sun beds, umbrellas, fitness room, Jacuzzi, sauna, a small library, games room, and a toddler play area. SPA treatments are reflexology Swedish massage and Aromatherapy. Guests can also enjoy nature walks, mountain bicycling, and photography. Horseback riding is available from Troodos square during the summer months. Some services and activities with charge.

The Pendeli Hotel features 81 guestrooms with 2 twin beds or a queen-sized bed.All rooms have a three-piece bathroom, ceiling-fan, colour television, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer, baby listening, clock-radio, and balcony with two chairs and a small coffee table. Mini-refrigerators are available upon request, as are coffee/tea making facilities at a supplement. Some rooms are interconnecting. Some rooms are suitable for handicapped guests. Non-smoking rooms are available.
